We offer a range of flexible childcare options for children aged 9 months to 5 years, including both government-funded places and paid sessions.
Government Funded Childcare
The government provides 15 or 30 hours of funded childcare per week for eligible families.
✔ These funded hours are completely free of charge
✔ There are no mandatory fees attached to funded hours
However, government funding is designed to cover childcare only and does not include additional items such as:
- Meals (breakfast, dinner, tea)
- Extra hours outside of funded sessions
- Additional services
Funded Session Options
We offer both stretched funding (51 weeks per year 17 weeks x 11.18 or 22.26) term-time only funding (38 weeks per year 15 or 30 hours per week).
Stretched Funding (51 Weeks)
Available Monday to Friday:
- Morning Session: 7:00am – 12:45pm (5.65 hours)
- Afternoon Session: 12:00pm – 5:45pm (5.65 hours)
- Full Day: 7:00am – 5:00pm (10 hours funded)
There is flexibility for an additional free hour until 6:00pm – please speak to management to arrange this.
Term-Time Funding (38 Weeks)
Available Monday to Friday:
- Morning Session: 7:00am – 12:00pm (5 hours)
- Afternoon Session: 12:00pm – 5:00pm (5 hours)
- Mid Session: 9:00am – 3:00pm
- Full Day: 7:00am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours funded)
Hour adjustments and changes can be accommodated at the discretion of the manger
Additional Charges (Optional)
While funded hours are free, we offer optional packages to cover meals and consumables:
Full Day Funding Package – £10 per day
Includes:
- £3 Dinner
- £3 Tea
- £4 Additional services
Half Day Funding Package – £6 per session
Includes:
- £3 Meal (either dinner or tea)
- £3 Additional services
These packages are optional, and parents may provide their own food and consumables if preferred.
Nursery has the right to refuse pack up due to limited storage this is decided by the manager on a child by child basis.
Fully Funded (Free) Places
We understand that some parents may prefer or need to access a completely free funded place.
If you choose this option, please be aware that government funding covers childcare only. It does not include additional items such as meals or additional services.
Sessions Available
Our standard sessions include meals and consumables as part of our full package.
However, for fully funded (free) places:
These are usually offered on Mondays or Fridays Am, Pm, full day sessions and midi session (Hour adjustments and changes can be accommodated at the discretion of the manger to accommodate full hours)
- Alternative days may be offered depending on availability
Paid Sessions (Non-Funded or Additional Hours)
If you require additional hours outside of your funded entitlement, the following fees apply:
